Can I import and publish
pre-recorded videos?
Yes. This feature is available from the online
control panel which you have access to after
purchasing an account.
Can I use my
smart phone to import videos?
Yes, you can use your iPhone, Blackberry, or other
smart phone to record videos and then import them
into your account. You can then publish the videos
to any web page you choose.
Can I publish my audio and videos to multiple domains?
Yes.
Can Camcorders be used with Instant Web Message?
Yes.
Can my recorded messages be used on YouTube, Vimeo
etc.?
Yes.
Why is IWM easier to use than YouTube,
Vimeo etc.?
• No uploading or editing of video files.
• No ongoing HTML code management on your web pages.
• Unlike YouTube, IWM prevents links to other
videos.
(Example - your competitors and other related videos!)
• Easy for
your customers to give you
video testimonial.
• It's faster and easier to publish videos to your
web pages.
Can I record audio only without
a webcam?
Yes.
What is the size of the
player displayed on my web pages?
There are 2 sizes of videos and video player you can
use.
The default size for an audio or
video message is
500 pixels wide by
520 pixels in height. This player size is used when
recording using the Recording Dashboard.
This is a screen shot image of the actual player.
You may also choose to record your videos in wide
screen (16:9) format and then import them to your
account. The size of the wide screen player is
533 pixels wide by 333
pixels in height.
Under each audio or video message, a text message
can be displayed. As the Instant Web Message account
owner, you will be able to update or delete these
messages at anytime from your online control panel.
Up to 200 characters can be displays before a
scrollbar appears in this text area. Live links are
supported.

How do I change
the 1st frame in the video player?
1. At the top of the
dashboard select
Audio/Video.
2. Record and preview your
video.
3.
Next, click the Add Image
button to
choose an image from
your computer
to be displayed before
the video plays.
On the right
is an example of an image displayed
in the player.
Important:
The max. image size is 200
KB.
How do I add an image to Audio
Only recordings?
By default
the audio player will look like this on
your web page ->->
1. At the top of the
dashboard select
Audio Only.
2. Record and preview your
audio.

Next, click the Add Image
button to
choose an image from
your computer
to be displayed
while
your audio is playing.
Important: The
max. image size is 200 KB.
